Happy Hoodrat is a luxury and high street fashion online boutique selling pre-loved and new clothing, accessories and shoes. 

We sell on the 3 main shopping platforms DEPOP, EBAY & VINTED to give full accessibility and preference to our customers.

Should you not have an account with any of these platforms but want to purchase; feel free to get in touch and we can arrange PayPal sales. 

We send all of our items Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for at a £5 postage charge. We can arrange combined postage for multiple purchases at once (Up to 2KG), please just write to us to send an amended invoice before purchasing. 

All of our items are listed with a full description of all potential faults, sizing and cleaning care instructions. We also encourage customers to ask as many questions as possible before their purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we do recognise that occasionally, mistakes can be made. If you are not happy with your purchase because it has not arrived as described, please get in contact with us to resolve the issue. 

Due to Brexit, we can currently only do business within the UK. Should you live overseas and really want an item, please get in touch and we'll see if special arrangements or reservations can be made until your arrival in the UK.
